After splitting, the second flow feeds into the casual body and these vibrations become the dialogue of our emotions. If we calm our mind, we can quickly tell the difference between an astral projection and an emotional instinct by where it originates in the body. The emotional vibrations move between the points of the matrix and at these points the emotion can be manipulated to change a subconscious, reactive discharge into a conscious physical action. The chakras and three of the four chambers are the access points connecting the two bodies. The fourth chamber, the Daath Abyss, symbolizes the other dimensions, and it vibrates into existence when we connect the three chambers of our third dimensional reality and resolve the duality within ourselves.
The four clusters of chakras are drawn as a center circle surrounded by six other circles. This pattern in Sacred Geometry is called the Seed of Life. Each seed consists of three chakras, one from each of the three dimensions, and each cluster is a lotus chamber. Each lotus chamber emits the frequencies of colour. Whether you are red with rage or green with envy, tickled pink or feeling blue, the link between colour and emotion is reactive and colour is the language of the chambers. The premise is to teach you to think of your feelings, in terms of light and colour, instead of with the heavy, symbolic, metaphors of language. It takes a while to train your brain into the habit but to do so is like placing a harness on a horse. Words are too slow and the speed with which the vibration travels, means it has already passed while we still search for a word to define it. Colour moves at the speed of light and to think in such terms is to bridle the flow of your emotions.

The Lotus Chamber does not involve the naming of the chakras. There are only repetitions of the same three, physical, astral and casual, and although it looks like a fractal it inverts these infinite emotional possibilities and reduces them to a singular formula of one equaling three and three plus one equaling four. Four in Alchemy is the number for containment and control, and the matrix of the lotus chamber is an expression of our emotional control. It only works if you view your third dimensional reality from the fourth space that arises between the three aspects of that reality. Its focus is not on identifying the particulars of each emotion but on creating the space between with every emotion you feel and finding the equilibrium.
Colour is the voice of emotion and in the lotus chamber the colours are reduced to the three primary colours of red, yellow and blue, with red being physical, yellow being astral and blue, casual. Like individual emotional experiences, the hues between each colour are infinite, and to match our personal emotions, our emotions need to be reduced as well so that we can use the perspective of the fourth dimension to objectify them. At first, limit your use of colours to the primary three and keep your focus on associating between yellow(astral) and blue(casual), between conscious thought (astral) and subconscious emotion (casual).
Identify the source of the vibration, astral or casual, and then associate the colour, yellow or blue, to the emotion or thought in your conscious mind. This focus on colour works intuitively. Imagine the colour of blue and the emotive reaction will respond instinctively to it. A conscious repetition of primary colour associations opens the subconscious to present a path to the illumination. This prism of emotions, as a rainbow of lights, bridges the shift in perspective, solidifying a personal habit of consciously acknowledging the duality and finding equilibrium between the two before we act in the physical. Red is the colour of physical action. Blue and yellow make green. Before you act make sure the light is green, make sure you have found the balance point between the two bodies and are viewing yourself from the space between.

What colour means what emotion is highly debatable, and that assignment of colour to a particular emotion is self-directed. One theory by Paul Ekman, and there are other emotional theories in this vein that you may investigate and adopt, defines the six basic emotions as happiness (blue), anger (yellow), fear (red), sadness (green), disgust (purple), and surprise (orange). The colours of the prism are matched to each emotion in the theory to create the colour matrix of a lotus chamber. This is a rudimentary example of illumination and because there are infinite hues and emotions to match them, the connecting of the two, colour to emotion, is an idiosyncratic effort and one we learn only by practicing it.
In the absence of illumination, the chambers are dark, and how well you manage your emotions is the toggle that turns on the light. After initializing an emotional self-awareness, the process of acting on your emotions is influenced by your worldview. I am inclined towards Buddhist teachings so my colour matrix reflects those influences but yours will reflect your own idiosyncrasies. My only advice is to keep your colour matrix simple. The simpler you keep the colour coordination to the themes in your theory the easier it is to build the habit of using it.
The colour matrix in our subconscious, harnesses the vibrational flow of our emotions, and how you react or behave in situation is steered by the decisions you make in this chamber. After distinguishing between the duality, the matrix of the lotus chamber, funnels our emotions towards a judgement that sets the intention to our actions. The colouring of the intention reduces the emotional intensity by restraining it and slowing the speed by which it oscillates, so that you may then direct it consciously.
Here, my matrix is expanded to include the channels of dark energies that move parallel to the influences of spiritual insight. A darkness of mind that the Buddhists call delusional reality and Einstein called the optical delusion of consciousness. The white light of spiritual insight is the pristine cognition gained in self-control and the black, absence of light, delusional darkness, is a physical pleasure born of external control.

Light and dark are the duality. On and off goes the switch to illumination and it is important to reduce and channel a dark consciousness to gain spiritual insight. Emotional darkness is the flip side of the coin. Free will is a product of our desires. Order arises from the choices we make, and the attachment we feel towards material things interferes with our discernment towards truth. To reach pristine cognition we battle the aversion we feel towards it, and it is in these battles of opposites that we sharpen our emotional skills and illuminate the darkness within.
In practicing the lotus chamber the focus is on processing the emotion. There is no need to qualify the emotion, only the need to recognize it and try to colour it. Keep your focus on identifying the difference between blue, casual emotion and yellow, astral thought and then reduce the vibrational dialogue through the chamber before deciding and acting. The decision matrix of the lotus chamber factors in the emotional element to define an equilibrium. It closes the loop of realty and creates the fourth dimension of imaginative perspective. Emotions and thoughts are common, mundane even, and colour coding your vibrations brings awareness to them. The shift in perspective is a conscious sensation and can be felt as a slow burn in the stomach that moves up the spine to become a slight pressure in the temples. It is a mellow, tuning fork type of feeling and separate from the sharpness of anxiety or distress. It is a calm power and comes from reducing our feelings and tuning them to colour.

Reducing our infinite emotions into limited channels of expression is easier said than done and reconciling the duality to find equilibrium before we act, each time we act, is difficult in practice, but application of colour to our clothes and our surroundings is a common way we can influence our emotions without much effort. Stare into the light blue of summer sky and your emotional body will respond or contemplate on a field of yellow mustard to stimulate your mind. Wear a piece of dark blue clothing to increase your confidence and good fashion sense takes on a whole new meaning when we learn the emotional connection to colour and deliberately apply it to affect our emotional reactions. The following colour code is drawn from my own experiences in emotional reductions. Apply them to your wardrobe or surroundings to stimulate the influences associated to them. The subtle reflections they create in your conscious mind will alter your subconscious behavior so apply them sparingly to recognize the behavioral change.
